South Holt Field Day will be outside today! Weather looks to be clear for the 1:00pm start. Events will happen around the football field. All parents are welcome to attend all outside events.
Elementary Field Day is on Wednesday, May 19th beginning at 1:00pm. The predicted weather forecast of rain will most likely move this event into the gyms. South Holt will have a send off for Hayden Elifrits to the Missouri State High School Track and Field Championships on Thursday at 9:55 am. We will line the halls in preparation for his departure. Plans will be made to broadcast this on Facebook Live.

Important information regarding entrance into the Class 2 MSHSAA Track and Field Championships. Admission for students (6 and up) and adults is $8 per day. All tickets will be digital. Please refer to the MSHSAA website for ticket ordering information.
Remember the elementary field trips over the next few days....Monday, May 17 -- 3rd and 4th grade going to B&J Skate Center for roller skating. Tuesday, May 18 -- Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade going to B&J Skate Center for roller skating. All trips will be leave school at 12:50pm and return to school at 3:10pm.

At Sectional Track and Field. So far today, Hayden Elifrits (2nd)in Shot Put and James Herr (2nd) in Javelin have advanced to the Missouri class 2 state championships.
The 5th grade Science Fair presentation will take place in the library at 5pm this evening. This is a location change away from the school's main gym.
The Junior High and High School Awards Assembly is getting ready to start. It will be live streamed on the South Holt Facebook page.
3rd graders did a wonderful job portraying their Famous Missourians tonight!
If you son or daughter missed out on a Sports Physical today in the building they will need to arrange for one over the summer with their family doctor. Please make sure that all paperwork is turned into South Holt before your child's first practice in August.
South Holt will broadcast the Academic Awards Assembly on Facebook Live immediately following graduation practice. Please remember that we will not allow guests into the building for this event or during school hours as part of our reopening plan.
Just a reminder to our Seniors, we will need everyone to attend our second and final graduation practice tomorrow at 9:15 am. Please check into the building at the main high school entrance. Plan to be at South Holt until 11:38.
