We are proud of our December and January Character Kids. These students were nominated by their teachers for showing exemplary compassion and tolerance over the past two months. Students were honored with a donut breakfast, compliments of the South Holt PTO. Students were also presented a t-shirt. Thanks to Country Roots Design for donating t-shirts to our 2022-2023 Character Kids. Attention...there has been a time adjustment for varsity basketball in the King City Tournament for Friday, January 27th. The South Holt girls now play at 6:30pm in the old gym for 3rd Place. The South Holt boys still play at 8:00pm in the new gym for the championship. The bus leaves at 4:45pm. Please spread the information.

The South Holt NHS & 4-H MU Extension Office are hosting a winter sock & blanket drive. Please drop off newly purchased socks and blankets to donate to local families at the table by the high school main entrance. Donations will be collected until Friday, February 3rd.

Tonight's King City Basketball Tournament games will be live streamed on Albany TV Facebook. The girls play King City at 4:30 and the Boys play OSHS at 9:00. Go Knights.

Grade cards from the 1st Semester have been given to 7th-12th students. Handed out 4th hour on Monday. We apologize for the computer and technical difficulties that caused this 2 week delay. All items fixed so this is not an issue moving forward.

Attention parents of 7th-12th grade students....South Holt would like to apologize for the delay in issuing 1st semester grade cards for JH and HS kids. This has not happened yet due to the new computer system having some glitches in correctly figuring GPA, class rank, and class credits. Our staff has worked daily for two weeks on fixing these problems. We hope to get grade cards issued this week. A social media post will be made when grade cards finally get into the hands of the students. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
