Reminder.....Tomorrow (Tuesday, March 23rd) is picture day for HS baseball, JH track, HS track, HS Choir, and 7-12 Band starting at 2pm. Please make sure all students bring their uniform and outfits for group pictures.
To ensure student safety during dismissal, the north parking lot (JH end of the building) will not be accessible to vehicles picking up students. Students should be picked up in the circle drive behind the school. Parents wishing to pick up students on the north side of the school should park on the street and walk to the sidewalk to pick up students. Thank you for helping make our dismissal safe for all students. Please contact the elementary office at 446-2356 if you have any questions regarding dismissal procedures.

Students at South Holt have no school tomorrow, March 21. This is a regularly scheduled professional development day for teachers.
Reminder…JH and HS cheerleading tryout practice will be held tomorrow at 4:30. All 6th through 11th graders who are trying out should be at the school by 4:30.
There will be a Winter Sports Reception and Academic Reception event on Thursday, March 24th at 6:30pm. This combined event will be in the main gym and is for high school basketball, wrestling, cheerleading, and academic recognition. We will also unveil the football conference banner at this event. All students, parents, and community members are welcome to attend.

South Holt will not be in session tomorrow, Thursday, March 10th. Plans were made today to have an AMI day tomorrow. Please have your kids participate in the AMI activities planned by the teachers.
Reminder: ACT District Testing takes place for junior students and interested senior students tomorrow, March 8th beginning at 8:24 a.m. in the South Holt Library. After testing concludes students will be dismissed for the day. Students are expected to return to school for sports practices and Scholar Bowl activities.
Holt County Government Day is cancelled for Freshman today. Freshman should report to school for a late start.
South Holt will have a 2 hour late start. School will start at 10:24. Jh/hs students will go to their 3rd hour class. No breakfast. Teachers should report by 10:00.
For Monday, March 7th… 1) no AM weights for South Holt athletes. 2) No Hillyards as St Joe School District has called off school for Monday.
Tomorrow is Holt County Government/Bette Williams Day. All S.H. Freshmen must dress professionally for this event. Bus leaves at 8:30am for the courthouse.

South Holt evening activities are adjusted due to the city-wide water shut off. There is no practice for high school track or baseball tonight. The Scholar Bowl will be happening at 4:30pm with participants and visitors being provided water bottles. All Scholar Bowl athletes need to arrive back at South Holt by 4:00pm.
