Elementary Pep Assembly Plan for Friday: Elementary students will attend the Homecoming Pep Assembly on Friday at 2:00 on the square. Students will walk back to school for dismissal unless signed out by a parent/guardian. If you plan to sign your child out, please let your child's teacher know ahead of time and the child will carry his or her backpack to the pep assembly that afternoon.

The Holt County Cancer Fund is hosting its Pink Pumpkin Bash on October 8 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at R/Farm Distillery. This family friendly event consists of pumpkin art, face painting, relay events, cookie walk, Remember and Rejoice Ceremony, food, and more. Free will donations are accepted. The South Holt volleyball team traveled to North Platte tonight and won both the JV and Varsity matches. It was a great response after losing both the JV and Varsity matches on Monday at St Joe Christian. The Lady Knights are back in action on Thurs. at home against Union Star.

The South Holt JH football game tonight will not be played. Dekalb had to forfeit for not having enough players. No JH football game. South Holt wins by forfeit. Unfortunately this situation ends the season for the South Holt JH team.
South Holt Homecoming Week - Monday - “Varsity Blues” County Western Day
SH volleyball adjustments for this week…Monday Varsity and JV volleyball is a 5pm start time at St Joe Christian with Varsity first followed by JV. (Note 5pm Monday start). Tuesday at North Platte is a 5:30pm start with JV first followed by Varsity. Home match vs Union Star on Thursday is JH at 5:30pm followed by varsity. No JV on Thursday.

The JH South Holt Lady Knights finished in 2nd place in the JH 275 Conference Tournament today. They beat Union Star and Nodaway Valley. They lost to Rock Port in the championship match. Great day! Go Knights! 🏐
