Both the JH boys and JH girls lost tonight to the St Joe Catholic Academy. Both teams play again on Thursday at home against Rock Port.

The South Holt JH basketball game tomorrow (November 6th) at St. Joseph Catholic Academy has been adjusted to a 4:30pm start time for the girls with the boys to follow. Game times moved up an hour. The bus departure is now 3:00pm on Wednesday. The gym we are playing at is the St. James School Gymnasium. The address is: 5815 Pryor Avenue (near St. James Catholic Church). It is a small gym with very limited seating.
South Holt JH basketball travels to North Nodaway and wins both games on Monday night. Boys won in overtime. Go Knights!
South Holt begins varsity basketball practice today. Boys at 3:30pm. Girls at 4:00pm. Football players have until Wednesday before they have to begin.
South Holt JH basketball plays on Monday, Nov. 4th at North Nodaway with the girls game starting at 5:30pm followed by the boys game. The bus leaves at 3:45pm on Monday for Hopkins.
As regularly scheduled, there is no school at South Holt on Monday, November 4th as teachers have Professional Development meetings.
South Holt XC has 2 runners state bound. Congratulations to Jorden Piper with a 4th place finish in Districts and Hayden Piper with a 7th place finish. Great job to all of the SH runners for a great season. Good luck to Jorden and Hayden next week!

Friday, November 1 is Frozen Friday. Students may bring $1 to get a frozen treat after lunch. Proceeds go to the 6th Grade Student Council.

Tonight's JH basketball game (Wed) has been postponed for predicted severe weather. No game tonight for JH at 5:30pm at Graham. No practice tonight for JH basketball. There will be strong efforts to get this game at Nodaway Holt rescheduled with a data TBA soon. Stay home tonight and stay safe.
